Montgomery Simus, Founder and CEO
Educated at Yale University (Bachelor of Arts – History) and Harvard (Master in Public Policy – International Development), Mr. Simus’ professional career has taught him the necessity of leveraging cross-border experiences to accelerate the development and globalization of companies. Mr. Simus has more than a decade of experience with a number of the world’s leading technology, enterprise software, Internet services, telecommunications, financial services, and energy corporations, including EDS, Oracle, Business Objects, Lehman Brothers, HSBC, and AES.
Mr. Simus has lived, worked, and traveled in more than thirty countries spanning Africa, China, western Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast & Central Asia, undertaking projects in a variety of consulting and line functions. He has experience in building and obtaining finance for technology/telecommunications start-ups and, on several occasions, has been involved in the development of technology-related services that were later adapted and introduced to global markets.
Mr. Simus was personally involved in the introduction and management of several of these business lines in Europe and Asia, holding accountability for P&L management and responsibility for hiring local talent. He has spent much of his time since 2006 studying the development and evolution of the global metaverse, and its varied applications.
